1. Description of Service

HQAi is a household management application that uses artificial intelligence to help families fairly distribute chores, manage shopping lists, track home maintenance, and organize household tasks. The app syncs data across your devices using Apple iCloud.

2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

HQAi offers premium features through auto-renewable subscription plans:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same subscription price.
• Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Managing & Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:

• Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
• Tap your Apple ID at the top
• Tap Subscriptions
• Select HQAi and choose Cancel Subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until then.

5. Premium Features

HQAi+ subscribers receive access to:

• Unlimited chores (free tier limited to 5)
• AI-powered chore verification with photo analysis
• Scan-to-shop: photograph items to add to shopping list
• Unlimited household members
• Weekly AI performance reports
• Smart notifications with personality-driven reminders
• Family Vault for secure password storage

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use HQAi only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the app
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the app to transmit harmful or malicious content

7. Intellectual Property

HQAi, including its design, features, and content, is the property of JCP Apps. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

HQAi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. AI-generated suggestions and verifications are provided as assistance and should not be solely relied upon.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JCP Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email.

Your use of HQAi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
